It is indeed a challenge to continue to advocate for yourself by calling out your wins/value yet so valuable. Thanks for acknowledging these challenges, I too felt very seen after reading this.
I needed to read that thanks I have pretty intense anxiety issues and find it difficult to pull it together to reach my goals. then I have amazing days this was not one . lol
