Do you remember that parody Scrum Master video with Sutherland himself where the bull-necked, football player Scrum Master shoved around his team mates and tackled "intruders"?

Yeah. That was taken dead serious by some. I mean even by a head of HR. Which had its consequences. And it didn't help to hint that guy the clip being parody.

Be careful of making parody too believable 😅

I think if you post it like you mean it, you might really trick some founders into doing the right things for the wrong reasons 🙃. It could become a movement!

There are some good traits here! Imagine, you could be working with someone with all the bravado, tension, fire, explosions, who WASN'T willing to listen, have empathy, be in the details the right way, etc. lol. It could be worse :)
