Hi John, great reflection and framework to keep us accountable of our own bias and tendency to make assumptions and define solutions without doing proper research in order to understand the truth with evidence.

The Design Thinking mindsets, tools and methods help to achieve similar results... involving all stakeholders related to the problem, challenging assumptions, learning about the problem before jumping into solutions and exploring solutions by creating hypothesis that can be tested, teams can get into a cycle of human-centred continuous learning and improvement.
