Fun, we did something similar for our Product Makers community and leveraged it to shape the tactics and programs we created. The first impressions point is interesting, as many aren't yet "ready" to commit to participating and coming back immediately and may show signals that they are which aren't very visible to others in the community.
No way in hell did all this take only 60 minutes!

Random thought: The model looks a lot like a diagram of the human brain! I wonder how much is actually correlated...

Systems thinking in practice...... perhaps you should concider writing the "Systems thinking implemented" book 😉👍
