Thanks for this succinct writeup, it's super useful. I always try to get researchers to start with something like this.

Two things I like about this framing, compared to DIBBs, are (a) it uses "Facts" rather than "Data" - people often have a too-narrow view of what counts of Data, so Facts is bettter. (b) It explicitly captures assumptions and labels them as such.
