Here's a big challenge in the industry. On one hand you have simple frameworks. Yesterday's post on Drivers, Limiting Constraints, Floats, and Enabling Constraints is an example. I have dozens of these. The product space is awash in four stage acronyms, three letter acronyms, canvasses, loops, figure 8s, and variations on the same ideas. And we create more every day! It is easier to create new ones than find the best old ones.
I would find this so valuable if you did it. Our company is growing super fast (2500 and growing) and our product and engineering team topology is now sprawling. We keep needing to adjust how we plan and work and it is very messy. It would help to have some other good examples to follow.
The second option is the approach taken by the Coroporate Rebels. https://corporate-rebels.com. I have to say, though, that passing corporate success stories through your critical lense would make them much more valuable for me. Go for it! :)
