It would be nice to see this flow mapped out with a concrete example of a team (our teams) working through (or attempting to work through) a hard challenge. I like the abstractions, but concrete examples would help me fully understand what you’re saying.

Great insights again, thanks for this result of your ‚re-creative‘ break! Forming teams around the ‚new borders‘ you suggest (and I‘m completely agreeing to that) takes a lot of openness as we‘re touching the grounds of self-image and role. It might get a little bit more emotional and challenging when influencing to discuss along these ideas. We‘d need certainly to transport high personal empathy AND the message, pains AND gains and an attractive visualization of the bright future of the organization to succeed with such a great idea, wouldn’t we?
