I did something similar recently as our company was trying to make a leap from typical early stage startup chaos to something much more focused and in sync.
It was very helpful to see our reality at all the edges, so that we could have effective conversations about how to get from A to Z.
I found it was critical to have the WHY of your new strategy super dialed in, because the team asked tons of amazing questions and you can't have all the answers up front so you've gotta know your why in order to have those real-time conversations and figure it out together.
