Let’s assume the priorities are NOT congruent with each other. Doing all three things will not work out. How does the team respond?
So good to raise awareness on what might really be going on below the surface in a team of people with varying levels of experience. To not ONLY interpret what you see as varying levels of positivity/energy/optimism.
True alignment comes from 1:1s, if you’ve done your job making a truly psychologically safe space. People willing to be loud in public against a particular strategy are, sadly, not usually the ones you want to be hearing from.
