Hi Tom and John! Great article! Are either of you familiar with Dave Snowden’s work on the Cynefin Framework? I love some of the subtle nods like harnessing the evolutionary potential of the present, living in the complexity rather than prematurely rushing to a conclusion.
These interview questions are gold. I agree these capabilities might not be valued in all companies, still they provide lots of insights. I would pick the capabilities that are more aligned with one's company's values and work to develop answers for those questions.
New subscriber here, thanks to my boss sharing this post in a team meeting yesterday - thus the tardy nature of my question: Do you intend to release a flashcard deck of these Qs? They're incredibly helpful and I'd be interested in a set!

Thank you, Tom and John!
Phenomenal post guys!
Some follow on materials:
1. I've been recording a podcast series with Corissa Nunn where we go through each of these capabilities and talk about our experiences and thoughts. Here's episode 1: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/trigger-strategy/episodes/032-How-Capable-Leaders-Navigate-Uncertainty-and-Ambiguity---an-annotated-reading---Part-1-e2gsn38
2. Hazel Weakly's article where she uses the prompts as a jumping off point for some amazing reflection: https://hazelweakly.me/blog/observations-of-leadership-part-one/
Anyone seen any other material that would be good to share?
