Hi John, I enjoyed this a lot and guess I am not the first one to ask, but somehow, many write about the problem, however I have yet to find a post about how it should look like.
1) do you have any insights on how to make the change internally to more outcome focused, little hacks/behaviors to establish, ie creating a dashboard with user numbers
2) do you have an example of a roadmap/how to communicate next steps and why?
