John, thank you for this insightful article on enabling constraints and PopcornFlow. Your emphasis on psychological safety and mindful scaling is spot on.

I'd add that taking an anti-fragile approach when designing and prioritizing experiments is extremely useful. By that, I mean that not all experiments are created equal. There's often an opportunity for big payoffs/insights from relatively low-cost experiments.

This post landed in a perfect time for me.

We are trying to INVITE people to a "product-led" transition at our company. We are considering using Open Space Technology to set the intention, co-create practices and experiment, hopefully in a coherent way. POPCORN flow might help to collect "what problems to focus on", shape them as "experiments", provide 'continuous visibility' throughout the quarter and learn from them or not we will see :)
